What is our Project?
Our project is about building an IT help desk ticketing system. Many companies use ticket systems to keep track of IT issues and make sure problems get fixed.
In our system, a user will submit a ticket that explains their problem. The system will then create a ticket and record the issue. Each ticket can be given a priority level depending on how serious the problem is. IT technicians will be able to view the tickets, update them, and work on fixing the problem. Once the issue is solved, the ticket will be closed.
This project will show how IT teams organize and manage support requests. It also shows how ticket systems help technicians stay organized and respond to problems faster.
Project Budget
Currently, the budget is at a $63 yearly cost due to Wix service fees and site domain registration.
